Airport:

The best airport to fly into is Nashville International Airport (BNA). The wedding venue and its nearby city, Gallatin, are 35 minutes from the airport. Downtown Nashville is 15 minutes from the airport.

Rental car:

We highly recommend getting a rental car for our wedding weekend to get around the area. Picking up at the airport is the easiest! Pro tip: The line to pick up rental cars can get long inside the airport. If you go outside to the garage, there are rental car booths with shorter lines!

Shuttle:

Shuttles will be provided for the wedding if you stay at one of our two hotel blocks in Gallatin. When you RSVP for the wedding events, there will be an option to reserve a spot on the shuttle. Please see below if you RSVPed for a spot on the shuttle for the wedding day.

April 14 Shuttle Schedule:

3:30pm - pick-up guests at hotel and drop off at venue

4:00pm - return to hotel for more guests and drop off at venue

9:30pm - first departure from venue to hotel

10:30pm - pick-up remaining guests from venue and drop off at hotel

Uber:

Ubers to and from the airport and venue are possible, but are pricy. If you plan to Uber from the venue, we recommend scheduling them in advance to limit long wait times.

Gallatin, TN is a small, but charming town near the venue. We recommend this option if you plan to come mostly for the wedding events!
